1 400 units of storage. The unique collection of banners (47 items) of the St. Petersburg handicraft workshops of XVIII-XIX centuries forms the basis of the collection. These were acquired in 1923 from the City administration. The Fund widely presents military banners of the XIX-XX centuries; civil banners: banners of various enterprises and institutions of Soviet period (the section of the 1920-ies - 1930-ies is particularly interesting); banners of schools, universities, student groups, public and sports organizations of Leningrad of the second half of XX century; election campaign materials of political nature: the slogans, banners, flags; emblems: pennants, flags, arm-bandages, lapel ribbons, badges, ribbons, etc.
