Procedure for processing appeals

In the St. Petersburg State Budgetary Institution of Culture "State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg", a citizen can apply in several ways:

1. In writing (by mail) or by providing in person.

1.2 Bring the letter in person to the above-mentioned address and hand it over for registration.
